Consultancy services
After your purchase of an hourly consultancy package, we will email you within 1 business day to clarify your needs, schedule any online meetings or calls needed. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all hours purchased will be allocated within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Online Courses
When you purchase an online course, you will receive an email from us within 1 business day to ensure that you are able to access the course and find any associated materials. You should have instant access to the purchased course, if for any reason you are experiencing difficulty, please fill out the form on our Refunds, Returns & Cancellation page and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
